Steve Strobel
President & Chief Executive Officer | Owner
Mr. Strobel has been directing the design of state-of-the-art industrial facilities for more than 25 years. He started in the construction industry when he purchased Strobel Construction from his father in 1986. He has been working with clients in the oil industry for 17 years. A dynamic leader, Mr. Strobel directs a family of companies which include Strobel Manufacturing, Strobel Construction, Strobel Marketing Group and Strobel Energy Group. Mr. Strobel has been actively involved in off-road racing since childhood. His competitive drive and passion to succeed have led him to become one of the top off-road trophy truck drivers. He is a consummate professional and is focused on succeeding in both racing and business. He has served on several community boards, including the board of directors of the Timberlake Ranch Camp.
Belinda Strobel
Cheif Financial Officer | Owner
CFO and partner Belinda Strobel is responsible for the company’s overall financial activities. After starting her career in banking finance in 1990 in Nebraska, Ms. Strobel joined her husband at Strobel Construction, where she still serves as CFO. Her experience also includes work with Strobel Marketing Group and Strobel Energy Group. Belinda has served on several boards including the Nebraska Christian Foundation. She is a member of the Stewardship Committee at Heartland Evangelical Free Church where she is also an Awana Leader at the Awana Club and a Promiseland volunteer. She also has been actively involved with her brother’s dirt track racing team, serving as his Crew Chief for more than 30 years. Belinda and Steve have two children, Stephanie and Christian.
Shane Strobel
General Manager/Sales
Shane studied business at the University of Nebraska and has spent the entirety of his career in the family business, working with Strobel Industries and Strobel Manufacturing. He is a passionate golfer and loves to coach kids in a range of sports, including wrestling. Shane and his wife, Trish, have three children, Tanner, Tyson and Sydney.
Dwight Strobel
Director of Engineering
Dwight oversees the design and engineering for the entire SMI product line. He is a passionate Baja racer and serves as Crew Chief for Strobel Motorsports’ race team.
Rob Fuchs
Controller
Rob has deep roots in agriculture. He grew up on a farm near Madison, Nebraska where he graduated from Madison High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Wayne State College. Prior to joining SMI, Rob spent nine years as Accounting Manager for a large vehicle seat manufacturer and nine years as Inventory Control Manager & Human Resources Manager for Heartland Builders.
Rob is a very active member of St. Bonaventure Church and a lifelong community volunteer. He serves on several nonprofit boards and is involved in coaching youth sports. Rob and his wife, Ann, have two children, Hannah and Ryan.
Heather Webb
Director of Human Resources
Heather is responsible for SMI’s global human resources strategy which supports growth opportunities across the company. She plays an integral role in the company-wide leadership team. Heather has more than nine years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and benefits. Her expertise includes talent management, organizational development, employee benefits, training and development, and leadership and management coaching. Heather is passionate about helping businesses make the most of their resources and talent and helping individuals make the most of their careers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a Masters degree in Human Resource Development and holds several professional certificates. She is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) andserves as the President-Elect of a local SHRM chapter. Heather has served on several boards including United Way. She is an Awana Leader at the Heartland Evangelical Free Church Awana Club and a volunteer in Promiseland at the same church. Heather and her husband, Marshall, have three children, Ruger, Beretta, and Heli.
Larry Myers
Marketing
Larry oversees marketing, advertising and promotion at Strobel Manufacturing. Larry has a degree in Radio Communications at Grace College of Bible and the past 20 years has worked for Westar Media Group developing and implementing radio strategies for clients. Larry has served on the FCA board in Southern Colorado. He is a Nebraska Christian Schools Foundation Member and chairman of the Building Committee at Heartland Evangelical Free Church, where he also teaches class, leads worship and small groups. Larry and his wife, Tracy, have five children, Sheena, (son-in-law Justin), Hannah, Matthew, Daniel & Jamie, and one granddaughter, Evie.
